D. Carl Lustig Contributes a Chapter in the 4th Edition of "Medical Malpractice in New York"

D. Carl Lustig, III, a member of Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., has written a chapter in the latest edition of New York State Bar Association's highly regarded textbook, Medical Malpractice in New York, 4th Edition.

A handbook for lawyers representing plaintiffs or defendants, the publication thoroughly lays out all aspects of litigating a medical malpractice case, from inception though trial. The chapters of the book are written by premier trial lawyers in New York State, experienced in prosecuting and defending medical malpractice cases and selected to contribute by the noted defense lawyer, Robert Devine, the Editor-In-Chief.

Mr. Lustig wrote the ninth chapter of the book on open statements, sub-titled "Opening Statements: Plaintiff's Perspective" which dissects and examines the essential elements of the opening presentation to the jury of the plaintiff's case.

This book can be purchased, in both E-Book format or in hardcopy text, through the NYSBA website links below.
