D. Carl Lustig III is named to National Trial Lawyers: Top 100

The Manhattan law firm Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., is pleased to announce that a member of the firm has been selected to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York state by The National Trial Lawyers for 2013. D. Carl Lustig III is a personal injury lawyer who has been named to the list for three consecutive years.

The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 is an invitation-only organization that recognizes the achievements of lawyers in each state. Members are selected through a rigorous process that includes peer nominations and third-party research. Those selected are well-respected in the legal field and demonstrate high levels of influence and leadership. Lawyers who have been selected to the list are re-evaluated annually to ensure that they are qualified for continued membership.

Mr. Lustig has practiced law in New York for more than 30 years. His civil practice concentrates in handling trials and appeals of construction accident cases. He also represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice, product liability and bicycle accident cases as well as motor vehicle and premises liability cases.

Mr. Lustig has written law review articles for legal periodicals and has lectured extensively on personal injury trial practice matters. He is a member of the board of directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York City Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Tort Advisory Committee and the Medical Malpractice Advisory Committee for the Supreme Court, New York County, among other numerous associations, committees and memberships.
